Day 1 – Transfer from Livingstone airport to AVANI Victoria Falls Resort

Upon arrival the clients will find their English speaking safari guide who will help them with their immigration formalities, luggage and then transfer them from Livingstone Airport to AVANI Victoria Falls Resort which will be their home for their first three nights stay in Livingstone – Zambia.

When you arrive at the hotel from Livingstone airport, you will have some few hours to relax at the hotel, take a shower and then later you have your meals.

Later in the afternoon you will go out on sundowner boat cruise on the Zambezi River which will take approx. 2 to 3 hours packed with soft drinks, snacks beers and other meals while watching wildlife, birds along the mighty Zambezi River.This activity will leave memories in your lifetime.

Chobe Day trip in Botswana

On your third day in Livingstone, your safari guide will pick you from the hotel in the morning and go for a full day tour in Chobe National Park in Botswana. You will have a lifetime experience in Chobe National Park. The trip includes all meals, snacks, soft drinks and all day activities. You will be heading back in Livingstone later in the Evening.

Day 4 – Flight from Livingstone to Lusaka for your road transfer to Kafue NP

Depending on your flight from Livingstone to the South Luangwa, at some stage on this day your safari guide will pick and transfer you from AVANI Victoria Falls Resort to Livingstone airport for your local flight from Livingstone to Lusaka.

Upon arrival at Lusaka International airport off your local flight, you will find your driver waiting for you at the airport who will help you with your luggage and later transfer you from Lusaka airport to Ila Safari lodge which will be your home for your 3 nights stay in Kafue National Park.

Day 4 to Day 7 - Ila Safari Lodge in Kafue National Park

Ila Safari Lodge is located on the very threshold of Kafue National Par. The lodge sits right on the banks of the Kafue River in an area of abundant wildlife and boasts 180 degree views out over the water.

Day 7 - Transfer from Ila Safari Lodge to Lusaka Airport

After breakfast on this day your driver will transfer you from Ila Safari Lodge to Lusaka Airport where you will connect from Lusaka To Mfuwe in the South Luangwa National Park. Uppon arrival at Mfuwe Airport, your safari guide from Nkwali Camp will welcome you, help you with your luggae and transfer you to Nkwali Camp – during your airport transfer will be interested as you will pass through some local villages.

Day 7 to Day 10, Nkwali Camp in South Luangwa

Many places claim to be "among the remaining wilderness areas" or "one of the last wildlife sanctuaries"; South Luangwa National Park lives up to both and more. The Luangwa Valley is vast, remote and home to both people and a truly impressive variety of game.

The South Luangwa Park is 9050 sq. kilometer; with the river, its tributaries and the riverine strips being the focus of the wildlife viewing. There are diverse habitats, from huge ox bow lagoons of varying stages of maturity, woodlands, ebony groves, grassland and thickets, that host a great variety of wildlife. The birdlife is also excellent with over 450 species to be seen.

Nkwali Camp is located on the banks of the Luangwa on a magnificent meander in the river overlooking the National Park where leopards roam along the bank and can often be spotted from camp. Situated on Robin Pope Safaris’ private land outside the park there is a private game viewing area behind camp as well as exclusive access into the park either by boat or across the pontoon.

The six chalets with bamboo woven walls and thatch roofs offer a rustic luxury opening up to magnificent views of the river as well as open air en-suite bathrooms.Nkwali Camp offers understated elegance, seclusion and superb service.
